This will teach you how to make and bake classic chocolate chip cookies.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/3 cups of soft butter.
  • 3 1/3 cups of normal flour.
  • 1 cup of cake flour.
  • 1 Teaspoon of baking soda.
  • 1 Teaspoon of baking powder.
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of salt.
  • 1 1/4 cups of granulated sugar.
  • 1 1/4 cups of brown sugar
  • 3 large normal eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • 1 20 oz. of sweet mini chocolate chips or ether chunks.
  1. Step 1

    The first thing you will need to do is preheat the oven to 375*F. After you get everything from the store.

  2. Step 2

    Once the oven is preheating to 375*F you will need to combine both flours, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in one large mixing bowl and set it aside for use later.

  3. Step 3

    In another large mixing bowl you will need to cream the butter and add a little sugar at a time making sure that you put the right amount in before adding more.

  4. Step 4

    After that you will need to mix the vanilla extract and slowly add the flour mixture only put a little at a time and mix while pouring the flour , stir till its all combined and then add chocolate chips or chunks and continue stirring.

  5. Step 5

    Once you have the cookie dough ready you will want to spray your cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. You will want to plop about 9 to 10 dollops on the cookie sheet and bake them for approximately for 8 to 9 minutes or until they are slightly golden brown .

  6. Step 6

    Once they are done you will want to remove them from the oven and let them sit for about 2 minutes after those 2 minutes remove them from the cookie sheet and place them on a cooling rack.

  • Don't Let Them Burn.
