How to Convert Ounces into Grams

2. Multiply the number of ounces by 28.3495 to convert to grams. In the example, you would multiply 16 by 28.3495 to get 453.592 g.

3. Double-check your numbers using an online calculator (see Resources). Type "16" into the prompt and click on "Convert to Grams." You should get 453.592 g.
