How to Make Worm Compost Tea
-
1
Collect the worm compost from the worm or compost bin. Collect 2 cups for every 5 gallons of water you plan to use. Next, place the worm compost inside the pantyhose and tie the ends securely. This will serve as the worm compost tea bag.
-
2
Fill the 5-gallon container. You can use tap water but let it sit out overnight to allow the chlorine in the water to evaporate. Chlorine can kill the bacteria in the compost, rendering it useless.
