    • 2

Wash the vegetables and/or meat you plan to cook.

    • 3

Chop vegetables and meat if you plan to cook a shish kebab. Marinate if you like.

    Cooking

    • 4

Remove the rotisserie mechanism from the machine. Loosen the screw on one end inside the machine. There are two ends. One has a wheel with a screw on the outside, and the other end has a wheel with gears on the outside.

    • 5

Remove the wheel and slide the meat or vegetables onto the center bar of the rotisserie mechanism and then onto the tines on the sides of the center bar, if the meat is wide enough. Replace the end wheel and tighten the screw.

    • 6

Hold the rotisserie mechanism so that the geared wheel is on the right, and slide it back into the rotisserie machine. Make sure the drip tray is in position, and close the door to the rotisserie machine.

    • 7

Make sure the machine is plugged in and set the timer. The time needed for cooking will vary depending on the type and size of the food. Consult the printed guide in the user's manual.

    • 8

Listen for the ding when the time is up and the meat is done. Unplug the machine and allow the meat to sit for about 15 minutes before removing. Use an oven mitt and the rotisserie remover tool to get the food.
