How to Change a Theme in Gmail

Google Gmail has a new feature called Themes. Themes allow you to take the original look and feel of Gmail and transform it by applying a different set of colors or a specific theme such as waterfalls, the moon, sun and rocks. Choose the theme that suits your style.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Open your Internet browser of choice and go to Gmail.com.

  2. Step 2

    Sign in to Gmail with your Google account by entering your login and password.

  3. Step 3

    Click "Settings" in the top right-hand corner of your computer screen. Gmail displays the Settings page where you can make global changes to your email configuration.

  4. Step 4

    Click "Themes." You have more than 30 themes to choose from.

  5. Step 5

    Click on the theme you want to apply, and the new theme replaces your default theme.
