The iPhone is a wonderful tool to keep in touch with friends and family. A great way to do that is by setting up your personal and work email accounts on the iPhone. Once you have your phone setup to pull all your emails, it is very important to keep the many account organized.

In this article I will explain the process necessary to delete multiple e-mails, or move the e-mail to a file. This is the best way to keep your e-mails and life from becoming increasingly more frustrating.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Apple iPhone
  1. Step 1

    Touch the "Email" icon on the home screen, and select the account you would like to organize (delete or file) emails with.

  2. Step 2

    Touch the "Edit" button at the top right of the screen. You will now notice a small circle to the left of each email. You can touch this to select the email.

  3. Step 3

    Now either touch the "Delete" button to delete the email(s) or the "Move" button to move the email(s) to a folder you have created.
