Things You'll Need:
- 1 Large sourdough loaf, un-sliced
- 3/4 Jar dried beef, rinsed and thinly sliced
- 1 8 oz. Tub of sour cream
- 1 8 oz. Brick of cream cheese, softened
- 2 Chopped green onions
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 oz. Sharp cheddar cheese - grated
- 4 oz Blue cheese - crumbled
- 3 Tablespoons milk
-
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-
Step 2
Cut a thin slice from the top of the sourdough loaf, set aside - this will serve as the lid to your bread bowl. Scoop out the inside of the loaf, leaving the sides and bottom approximately 1 inch thick.
Cut the bread that was removed into chunks and reserve. -
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients together. Scoop the beef/cheese mixture into the hollowed-out bread loaf.
Place the reserved slice back onto the loaf and cover entirely with aluminum foil. -
Step 4
Place foil-covered loaf on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until mixture is melted and creamy. -
Step 5
Serve with reserved bread cubes and additional bread if desired, crackers, salami chunks and assorted vegetables.
-
Step 6
Dip and Enjoy!
