  1. Step 1

In this article, you're going to learn how to burn the most calories during your workout, thereby burning the most fat because the more calories that you can get your body to cut into, the more fat you'll eventually burn off your body. The exercise I'm going to introduce to you, is called aerobic/anaerobic interval training. It's designed to burn the most calories during and after the workout. Sometimes, many hours after the workout is completed. The good thing is you can do this exercise anywhere, either outside or by running in place inside your house.

  2. Step 2

The first thing you'll want to do is start jogging, either in place or outside for about the first 5 minutes to get blood pumping and to warm up your joints.

  3. Step 3

The next thing you'll want to do, is to start doing some heavy all-out sprints, either in place or outside. Continue doing the heavy sprinting for about one minute. This is called the anaerobic part of the workout, where you burn off a lot of sugar and get your heart rate up.

  4. Step 4

After you've completed your one minute sprinting, and have gotten your heart rate up, go back to doing just a steady jog. This will bring your heart rate back down a little bit, and give you a chance to catch your breathe. This is called the aerobic part of the interval training.

  5. Step 5

Finally, once you've caught your breathe back, go back to the anaerobic part of the workout, and start sprinting really fast again for one minute. Repeat this aerobic/anaerobic cycle for about 6-10 sessions. By the time your done, you have built up a heavy sweat, as your heart rate will be very high, burning tons of calories. This won't stop after you're done working out because your heart rate will stay high for a long time after the workout, and will continue burning calories. This effect makes aerobic/anaerobic interval training much more effective than just aerobic training by itself. It sort of amplifies it, boosting the rate at which you burn calories and fat. Keep doing it for a couple of weeks, and you'll see the fat melt right off, considering your diet is descent, but that's a different topic.
