How to Make a Video Relay Call to a Deaf Person
Video relay calls present a new communication tool for hearing impaired individuals. It is now possible to contact a person with hearing loss through a video relay call by calling a number and talking to a video relay service operator. The operator will contact the deaf person through an Internet link to that person's computer. Using special software and a webcam, the operator will use sign language to communicate with the person and will relay the conversation to the caller.
