How to Make Your Own Personalized Printable Grocery List
Grocery lists are important for the shoppers in a home. If you have certain meals that you prepare at least once per month, you probably find your grocery needs to be pretty repetitive. Having a shopping list can be a lot more convenient and efficient than just walking the aisles of the store. Open your word processing software, and click the word 'file' (located at the top of the screen) to start a new blank document. Type a heading, such as 'Grocery List' at the top of the page.

List the grocery needs that don't change from week to week at the top. Include things like milk, cheese, bread and other staple foods.

Type subtitles under the main list for meals that you frequently cook. Use the name of each dish as a subtitle.

Type the ingredients for each meal under the meal's subtitle. Include the measurements so that you can easily gauge how much to buy before leaving the house.

Click the word 'file' again, and select the 'print' option. Your list will print and you can take it with you to the store.

Type in a new subtitle with ingredients for every meal that isn't already listed each time you shop. Save them in the main document if you like, as you can always delete recipes before printing. If you delete them, they will reappear next time you open the document, as long as you don't save it in that state.

Tips & Warnings
If you have a color printer, use different colors to indicate whether an ingredient is dairy, meat, nonperishable, etc. This will help you save time at the store.
