How to Draw All Girl Caricatures
Caricature drawing is an art form that combines portrait drawing with cartooning techniques. A caricature artist brings the subject to life by altering certain character and personality traits to create a finished piece that highlights the subject by emphasizing specific traits that make the subject identifiable. Caricatures typically use humorous drawing style to satirize public figures. Drawing female caricatures is easy once you've learned basic caricature techniques and how to emphasize feminine attributes in cartoon fashion.

1
Practice sketching photographs of the female form. Before you begin applying caricature emphasis techniques to your drawings, get familiar with the female body. Determine which curves produce distinctly female figures. As you sketch, think about traits you might emphasize to create distinct female caricatures. Test yourself by making little alterations to your initial sketches. Check out some of the Emo girl sketches being done today. They have a lot of caricature qualities.

Choose a live model. She needs to be someone you know well. Have her sit for you while you sketch her as a caricature. Pick a couple of her physical traits to emphasize. If she is busty, consider over emphasizing her bust to turn this aspect of her into a caricature. This technique has been used effectively to draw caricature portraits of the famous country singer Dolly Parton. If your model has full lips, flesh her lips out even more in your caricature. Use a pencil with soft lead to outline her lips, then choose a bright, even gaudy, color to focus attention on them.

Include clothing and personality traits in your caricature. Some character traits you can visually emphasize or satirize include excessive whiney behavior, constant complaining, and tearful emotional outbursts. If these are traits present in your subject to some degree, adding emphasis to them in your caricature can make her easily recognized in the final sketch, which is the purpose of a caricature. If your subject wears clothes in public that are questionably provocative, sketch her in a very short skirt or low-cut blouse. If she has a tendency to dress down, take it to the extreme and put her in sweats. A successful female caricature includes the creative use of the most identifiable characteristics of your subject.
