How to dress when going skiing is something that many first time skiers want to know. Here are some simple ways to stay warm on the slopes.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • hood
  • mittens
  • socks
  • goggles
  • three top layers
  • two bottom layers(thermal under wear included)
  • boots
  1. Step 1

Wear at least three layers of clothing on the top half of your body to stay warm, make sure the top layer is water proof and wind proof. It's better take off clothing when you have on too much, than to have on too little and feel like you are freezing to death.

  2. Step 2

Put on one pair of thermal under wear to keep your legs warm.
also wear an outer garment on top of your thermal under wear that is water proof, wind proof and will keep the bottom half of your body warm.

  3. Step 3

Wear a pair of thermal socks and boots that will keep your feet warm and dry.

  4. Step 4

Wear a thick hood on your head, gloves on your hands, and goggles over your eyes, don't forget to always wear eye protection when skiing.
