This gentle nourishing hair mask restores the hairs natural moisture, while gently cleansing it to remove any product build up. Use this hair mask on dry hair every 1-2 weeks for the best results.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 Tablespoons of Baby Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  1. Step 1

Scoop the avocado flesh out of a ripe avocado, then puree in a food processor or blender, or mash in a small mixing bowl.

  2. Step 2

Whisk the egg white in a seperate bowl, then once it begins to form peaks, drizzle the honey into the egg white and stir together gently.

  3. Step 3

Stir the baby oil in with the avocado, then slowly add in the egg white and honey mixture while stirring everything together gently.

  4. Step 4

Comb the mixture through damp hair, and massage some of the mixture into the scalp. Wait for about 30 minutes, then rinse out of the hair with cool or cold water. If you prefer, this can be followed with your regular hair care regimen, but it's not necessary.
