Watch what you eat. Don't pig out on junk food the summer before you start college. Try to avoid going out to eat as much as possible and only eat one slice of that graduation cake.

Get moving. You need to exercise if you want to lose weight. Try walking around the mall with your friends. That is excellent exercise, and entertaining as well!

Don't stress out too much! Stress can actually help you to gain weight. Starting college is a tremendously stressful experience. Don't worry over things too much. Relax as often as you can in between your workouts.

Drink a lot of water. Hydration is key in losing weight. Not only is water good for your body and weight loss, but it will also help to keep your skin clear and keep your mind focused, which is extremely important in college.
