Bleeding gums are a sign that your gums aren't particularly healthy. It's important to use proper dental care to help improve the health of your gums, and prevent future dental complications caused by poor gums, such as gum disease. Use this treatment along with proper dental and gum care.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Drop of Myrrh or Sage Oil
  • 1 Drop of Eucalyptus or Lemon Oil
  • 1 Drop of Geranium Oil, Clary Sage Oil or Tea Tree Oil
  1. Step 1

In the morning, when you go to brush your teeth, align your toothbrush with your regular toothpaste. Add one drop of either myrrh oil or sage oil, and one drop of either eucalyptus oil or lemon oil. Before brushing your teeth like normal, be sure to focus on the gums first for a bit.

  2. Step 2

When you go to brush your teeth at night, cover your toothbrush with your regular toothpaste, then add one drop of geranium oil, clary sage oil or tea tree oil. Like before, make sure to brush along the gums before focusing on the teeth.

  3. Step 3

Continue to do this until the gums have stopped bleeding. I suggest you continue this for about 5 days after the bleeding stops, just to be safe.
