Track Your Cycle and Get Pregnant Faster

There are many couples all over the world that are trying to get pregnant to experience that wonderful moment that is childbirth. However, when a couple finally decides to try to get pregnant, sometimes they find that try as they might; they are not able to do so. Sometimes there are medical reasons why a couple can't seem to conceive, but more often than not, there are just a few small adjustments a person needs to make in order for them to be more fertile. There is no secret to natural pregnancy. A woman just has to know her body and be very aware of her cycle.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

One of the keys to get pregnant naturally is to recognize when, in a month, you are most fertile. In a woman's cycle, many people don't realize that she is only able to conceive about three days per month. If a woman wanted to track her cycle, what she would need to do is get a calendar and keep very close track of when her cycle starts and finishes. If she counts ten days from the first day of her period, that small window of time is when she is most able to conceive. It seems almost too easy to be true, but it's not.

  2. Step 2

When women begin tracking their cycle and becoming more aware of their ovulation, that is when they will be able to get pregnant fast without costly fertility treatments. The truth is that holistic pregnancy is better, safer and more affordable for the common family. Plus, why try to fix something that isn't broken. Many fertility treatments will cost many thousands of dollars to track your cycle for you. Why would you choose to do that when you can do that on your own?

  3. Step 3

To get started, simply note the next time you get your period. Then count ten days past that and make a 'pregnancy window' for the next three days or so. This will be when your body is going through ovulation. Ovulation just means that your egg is passing through your fallopian tube. It is at this point that the chances of conception are greatest. If that egg becomes fertilized at the opening of the fallopian tube and is able to travel down into the safe haven of the uterus, you will be pregnant in no time. Remember that you have to know your body in order to get pregnant fast.
