Instructions

    • 1

Spray ammonia-based window cleaner on a 1-by-1-foot area of the wood floors where you want to remove the Orange Glo from and wipe up with a paper towel. Discard the paper towel. Repeat.

    • 2

Spray the area with the ammonia-based window cleaner again and buff in a circular motion with a polishing cloth until all of the sticky residue from the Orange Glo has been removed. You can buy polishing cloths in the automotive section of your local superstore in large quantities. Repeat this step as necessary until the area feels perfectly smooth.

    • 3

Repeat over the entire wood floor, continuing to work in 1-by-1-foot sections, until all of the Orange Glo has been removed.

    • 4

Clean the wood floor with your regular wood floor cleaner to remove any traces of ammonia that can dull the finish of your floor.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use only clean polishing cloths on your floor. As soon as they get dirty, switch them out for new ones so that you are not spreading the Orange Glo around the floor.

  • Open windows while spraying the ammonia-based window cleaner on your floors to provide proper ventilation. Do not use a buffing machine to remove the Orange Glo from your floors. While the Orange Glo itself will not do any permanent damage to your wood floors, the buffing machine can.
