How to Add Microsoft Golf 3.0 Courses to Microsoft Golf 3.0
Microsoft Gold 3.0 was released by Microsoft in 1997 for the PC. At the time there were not many golf courses available for players, but user-created courses are now available online. Installing an add-on course to your game is a simple and quick task that will soon have you playing on any course you can find.

Download the add-on courses you want to install. Save them to the desktop for easy access.

Go to "My Computer" and enter your "Local Disk" drive. From there, go to "Program Files" and finally "Microsoft Golf 3.0."

Open the file inside the Microsoft Golf folder named "Courses." This file may be inside another folder, such as "Game Data."

Drag the downloaded custom courses from the desktop into the "Courses" folder. Once done, exit out of the folder to finish the process.

Boot up Microsoft Golf 3.0 to see if the files have installed properly.

Tips & Warnings
If you know the location of the "Courses" folder, you can download the course files directly to the folder.
Make sure that the files you are installing are course files. Installing non-course files (files not in .crh format) into the course folder can cause the game to crash.
