How to Raise the Wheels on Toro Lawn Mowers
Toro lawn mowers have many built-in features to make life easier when tending to your yard. One feature gives the operator the ability to quickly raise the wheels on the mower, which in turn adjusts the cutting height. Does this Spark an idea?

Determine how high you want to raise the wheels. This depends on the type of grass you have and how low you'd like to cut it. Grass is often left higher in the summer and shorter in the winter.

Start the process at any wheel and proceed one at a time until all four wheels are raised to the same height. Raising them to different heights can result in an uneven cut and damage the mower blade.

On the inside of each wheel, there is a lever that rests inside a series of notches. Push the lever in and pull it toward the center of the mower to raise the wheel height. Pull it away from the center of the mower to lower the wheel.

Once the desired height is achieved, let go of the lever and it will snap into the corresponding notch.
