Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Take 300 mg of Phosphatidylserine daily. Phosphatidylserine is a naturally occuring phospholipid that improves memory and also helps to increase cortisol levels.

  2. Step 2

    Take 500 mg of Malic Acid, two to three times daily. Malic Acid is used by the cells in the body for energy production and has been proven to help with patients suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome.

  3. Step 3

    Take 1,000 mg of Licorice, two to three times daily. Licorice helps to increase the levels of cortisol. This treatment should not be used in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome that are currently dealing with high blood pressure.

  4. Step 4

    Take 1,000 to 3,000 mg of Ashwagandha (also known as Indian Ginseng). Ashwaganda is popular in India as a natural treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome. It is also used for general fatigue and anxiety problems in other cultures.
