How to avoid the candy cravings on Halloween.

  1. Step 1

    With the approach of Halloween, may times it is difficult not to overindulge in eating candy and the goodies that come with Halloween. Many times, it is the parents that eat the candy. Just having the candy in the home can be temptation enough.

  2. Step 2

    I used to buy Halloween candy about a month in advance, to hand out to the kids of course. However, within less than a week after purchasing the candy there would be none left. There is a simple way that I have rectified this problem.

  3. Step 3

    First, I purchase my Halloween candy two to three days prior to Halloween. In addition, I try to buy candy that I don’t like very much. Therefore, this will leave more of the kids and I will have less temptation to indulge.

  4. Step 4

    Finally, keep on thinking how good you will look without those extra pounds. Think about that new outfit that you would like to buy. Think about how much better you feel when you have not over indulged yourself with sweets. I guarantee if you follow my advice you will have a reasonable measure of success.
