Ordering headstones can be an expensive process, but it is made easier and more budget-friendly online. Thanks to modern technology, which allows users to purchase virtually everything online, survivors of deceased family members can create a customized headstone with little hassle and for a lesser cost.

Step 1

Navigate to a website that offers the option to create headstones online, such as "Memorials" (see References).
Step 2

Select a basic type of headstone to begin the creation process, such as "Individual Granite Headstones."
Step 3

Pick your choices for each headstone customization option offered by selecting from the drop-down menus denoting size and price, design, stone color and any other additional options, such as vases or emblems.
Step 4

Input all essential gravestone information into the text boxes provided, such as date of birth, date of death and any other lettering.
Step 5

Click on "Add to Cart" and then "View Cart" to proceed to checkout, where you can review your headstone order, make any changes and enter your email address, shipping information, billing information and payment information using your debit/credit card.
