Find and download the J-Pop music video that you want if it's not already on your computer. You can search for music videos on websites like Jpopasia.com, or you can go directly to a pay website like iTunes. Type in the name of your J-Pop song and purchase it.

Hook up your MP4 player to your computer with the USB cable. One end should go into the side or bottom of the player, and the other end should slide into the USB port at the back of your computer. Make sure the drivers for your MP4 player are installed. You should have received a disc with your MP4 purchase that will install these for you.

Open your MP4 player's folder on your computer. You can do this either through the "My Computer" folder by double-clicking on the image of your MP4 player, or by double-clicking on the image of a folder that should appear when you plug in your player.
