How to Fix Internet Options

Whether you want to increase the privacy and security of your network or want to change the URL of your homepage, it is possible to customize your web browser's Internet options. All browsers have a tab that is dedicated to fixing and changing preferences. At the Internet Options menu it is possible to check and fix your connections, delete history, control cookies and much more.

1. Go to the top toolbar of your Mozilla Firefox browser and click "Tools." Select "Options" to bring up the "Internet Options" menu. Here you can fix and change the settings of your security, privacy and much more.

2. If you use Internet Explorer, go to the "Start Menu" and click on the "Control Panel." Scroll through and click on "Internet Options." Click "Apply" then "OK" after making changes.

3. Open the Internet Explorer browser and click the "Tools" option on the top toolbar. Proceed to select "Internet Options." This is another way of accessing your Internet Explorer's options menu.

4. Go to the top toolbar of your Safari browser and click on the "Safari" tab. Select "Preferences." Make any changes that you want to make to your Safari web browser.
