Once you have your sink and your new corner countertop, you just need to get the sink in place. Most manufacturers include a template you can use to cut a hole in your corner countertop. Trace the hole you'll need to create on the top of your countertop using this template. Make sure that you place the template at least 1 ½ inches in from the front edge of the countertop. Most corner countertop sinks are placed on top of a bottom cabinet located in the corner of your kitchen. Often these sinks are meant to save space, so you may want to remove the door of the bottom cabinet in which your corner sink is going to fit to make the installation easier.

Installing the faucet on your corner kitchen sink will be much easier now when the sink is not yet in place. Follow the manufacturer's directions for installing your faucet.

You will want your sink to be watertight. Before slipping it into the hole, place a bead of silicone around the bottom edge of the sink. Once you have done this you can carefully drop the corner sink into place.

Special clips, once again usually included when you buy the sink, are used to hold most sinks tight to the corner countertop. These clips are tightened with a screwdriver on the underside of the sink. Follow the manufacturer's directions for fastening the sink with these clips. Tightening the clips onto the sink will cause some silicone to ooze out, so be sure to wipe away the excess before it dries.

To finish installing your sink you will need to connect the P-trap. This is the U-shaped piece of pipe under your sink sometimes referred to as an elbow. Once you've attached the hot and cold water lines with the faucet lines, your corner countertop sink is installed.
