Want to open a secret Swiss bank account? Although even Swiss banks aren't as secret as they use to be, private numbered bank accounts are still available. Here are a few tips how to get a numbered Swiss bank account.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Pick a bank. There are hundreds of Swiss banks but only a select few still offer numbered accounts. Search the web for Swiss banks. UBS is one of the largest Swiss banks and I believe they still offer numbered accounts. Contact a few different banks until you find one that offers numbered accounts.

  2. Step 2

Ask the bank about their application process. Most banks will require you to submit your financial information for strict review. Numbered accounts have no name or address attached to them so you will need to verify that you are indeed legit.

  3. Step 3

Make the necessary deposit. Most numbered accounts will require a large initial deposit. A deposit in the tens of thousands is not un heard of.

  4. Step 4

Keep your account number a secret. Most numbered Swiss bank accounts require a password and that the with drawer meet a certain description, but fraud is always a possibility. Write down the number of your account and place it in a safety deposit box at your local bank.
