    Healthy diet. Change your diet. Eat less red meat, alcohol, sugar, white flour, and full fat dairy products. Choose more whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and cleansing drinks.

    Purchase new underwear. Women obtain a bra fitting. If you are working on loosing a few pounds invest in some shape wear.

    Find an outfit that is sexy. It should be cover you, but be form fitting. Ladies consider a nice pencil skirt with a sweater or silk top. A dress with an a-line or belt at the slimmest part of the body. Men buy a shirt in your actual size with a collar and updated jeans. This is a great outfit for social gatherings and weekend shopping. These are the days you are most likely to run into your ex, or one of their close friends.
