Step 1
For the sake of it being called an illegal bomb we won't discuss how to make this using pvc pipe. Instead you are going to need:
Lighter
Duct tape
Sparklers (the more the bigger the explosion) -
Step 2
The more sparklers you use the bigger the explosion will be. To start off I would recommend using about 240 sparklers for your first one, then after you get the hang of it increase the amount to your desire.

Step 3
What I like to do is group about 40 sparklers together and duct tape them together with one small strand. Do this with about 6 groups of 40 which will equal up to 240 sparklers.

Step 4
Next you want to get, lets say 3 sparklers and group them together and tape them together with 1 strand of tape. This will act as your fuse for the bomb.

Take the 6 groups of 40 sparklers put them all together, and take the 3 sparkler fuse and place it directly in the middle. However make the 3 sparkler fuse stick out from the bomb about 6 inches or so. This is so you can light the 3 sparklers and get away while it burns, when the 3 sparklers burn down to the bomb it will explode.

Step 6
Now that you have them all grouped together, as tight as you can without breaking the sparklers, duct tape all the sparklers together. Start by duct taping all the way around the middle with one strand just to hold them together. Now tape from the top of the bomb all the way to the bottom of the bomb as tight as you can, completely taping the entire around from bottom to top.

Step 7
Now you should have a carrot looking shape completely taped together, with 3 sparklers sticking out the top. Now all you have to do is light the top of the 3 sparklers, run away and watch it explode!
