1. Birth or Death Certificates in Delaware can be obtained by visiting the Office of Vital Statistics in person. The Offices are located in the Limestone Building in New Castle County, Jesse S. 2. Send a written request to the Office of Vital Statistics located at Dover, Delaware or call 1-877-888-0248 to obtain a Birth or Death Certificate.
