Many people are not aware of their facial expressions or thinking patterns until they see themselves on film or in pictures.

      Write down what you are thinking whether it is negative or positive. Figure out why you are thinking this way. Where did it come from? Think of the good times you had in the past or good thoughts that make you happy. For example, I enjoy roller skating in the park or playing baseball. Look for the goodness in the world and in people. Be thankful for the good things in your life.

      Think of something funny in your life when you are feeling down. Create affirmations on cards and carry them around with you. Look at them to remind yourself that you are so special. Hang around happy people who make you feel good and laugh. Listen to some good music that inspires and touches your soul. Think of the inspirational lyrics inside your head and start to dance. Go out and have some fun in the sun.
