Want to decorate for Halloween without spending lots of cash? Make use of these simple but creative decorating ideas.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Use regular light bulbs and cover them with orange paint (or spray paint) to get your orange lights!

  2. Step 2

Use cotton balls to make spider webs. If you pull the cotton balls, making them stretch as far as you can... it creates the same effect!

  3. Step 3

Go online to download free halloween music (http://www.all-about-halloween.com/free-halloween-music.html) and burn it to a disk. Place the cd player/boombox on your front porch and let the spooky music play as trick or treaters approach your front door!

  4. Step 4

Make use of the Dollar stores such as Dollar Tree or Family dollar for inexpensive outdoor decorations such as plastic pumpkins as opposed to purchasing real pumpkins. Plastic is less expensive, reusable and makes for easy clean up afterwards. Also utilize the dollar stores to puchase your halloween treats (candy).
