How to Make White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

White chocolate and macadamia nuts go hand and hand together. This recipe makes very yummy cookies. Perfect for social gatherings, parties or just simply, an after school treat.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Gather and measure out the cookie ingredients:

    2 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon of baking soda
    1 cup of butter, softened
    1/4 cup of sugar
    3/4 cup of brown sugar
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    1 box of vanilla instant pudding mix, 4 serving size
    2 eggs
    1 package of white chocolate chips or chunks
    1 small jar of macadamia nuts

  2. Step 2

    Mix the flour and baking soda together. Set aside for now.

  3. Step 3

    Combine the butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding together in a larger mixing bowl. Beat until it becomes creamy.

  4. Step 4

    Beat in the eggs.

  5. Step 5

    Gradually mix in the flour mixture.

  6. Step 6

    Chop up the nuts into smaller pieces.

  7. Step 7

    Fold in the nuts and white chocolate chips into the cookie dough.

  8. Step 8

    Drop out by the spoonfuls onto an airbake cookie sheet if available. Space out 2 inches apart.

  9. Step 9

    Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, until done.

  10. Step 10

    Serve the cookies after cooling with a glass of milk. Yummy!
