Step 1
Willow/Garlic Ear OilBuy Willow/Garlic Ear Oil made by Herbs for Kids from a natural health food store like Whole Foods. Its ingredients include Extra Virgin Olive oil and Fresh Garlic Cloves which have antibacterial and antiviral properties. Look at the Resources section below for more information.

Step 2
Wash your hands. Boil some water in a small pot. Pour the hot water in a small bowl. Put the Ear Oil bottle dropper in the bowl for about 5 minutes to warm the Ear Oil. Make sure that the rubber dropper is not submerged in the water.
-
Step 3
When the Ear Oil is warm to the touch, pour about 3 drops in one ear by tilting the head to the side. Then, put one cotton ball in the ear to prevent the oil from leaking out. Wait a few minutes, and do the same for the other ear. The warm Ear Oil will help relieve the pain. Do this step every night for about two to three weeks. You will know that the ear is now healthy when it produces some ear wax. You can consult a doctor to make sure the ears are clear of any infection.
