Things You'll Need:
- 2 pound of ground beef
- ( 10 - 12 pound turkey )
- olive oil
- 10 slices of salami
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 3 cloves garlic ( dice )
- 12/c pine nuts
- 12/c Romano cheese
- teaspoon garlic salt
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon black pepper
- 12/c raisins
- skillet
- serving spoon

Step 1
Cutting board
salami cut into squares
hard boiled eggs ( dice )
garlic ( peel and dice )
Onion ( peel and dice ) -
Step 2
In skillet drizzle olive oil on medium heat.
Add garlic, onion and ground beef breaking in small pieces. -
Step 3
When ground beef is browned, drain.
Place back in skillet.
Adjust heat to LOW. -
Step 4
Add salami, hard boiled eggs, raisins, pine nuts , garlic powder, Romano cheese, salt and pepper.

Step 5
COOL
Stuff turkey with big serving spoon.
Follow turkey cooking instructions
