How to Install ActiveX Control MSN Photo Upload Tool

Social networking and online communities have become extremely popular due to the increasing integration of digitalization and technology into our everyday lives. As such, numerous online profile building websites are offered that allow users to post information and photos about themselves on the Internet. Even the leading email account hosts offer users the option to build a community profile, such as MSN Spaces. To make uploading photos to MSN Spaces easier, you can install the MSN photo upload tool, which requires the installation of ActiveX Control as well.

Instructions

1. Login to your windows live account, and click on "Profile" to go to your space.

2. Click on "Photos" and then "Add Photos" to begin uploading photos to your MSN space.

3. Click on the "Install the upload tool" link to initiate the installation of the MSN photo upload tool.

4. Right click on the yellow "Install ActiveX Control bar" that pops up at the top of your browser screen and select "Download File" to allow the photo upload tool installation window to pop up on your screen.

5. Click "Run" to download the installation wizard, and follow the prompts within the wizard to finish installing the MSN photo upload tool onto your computer.

Tips & Warnings

• Clear your browser cache before attempting to install the MSN photo upload tool.

• The MSN photo upload tool is not compatible with Macintosh systems or the Firefox browser.
