How to Make a Handprint Christmas Ornament

Gather all of your materials. Make sure that you have blue Christmas bulbs, white paint, colored paint, and any other embellishment you would like to add.

Paint four of your child's fingers with white paint. You will want to exclude the thumb. Paint the area just under the fingers. You do not want to paint the entire palm.

Carefully place your child's hand over a blue Christmas bulb. Once you carefully remove the hand you will see the beginnings of four little snowmen sitting in a pile of snow!

Take black paint and add eyes, a mouth, and buttons to your snowmen. You can replace the eyes with googly eyes if you wish. Now take some orange paint and give the snowmen a carrot nose. Add a scarf and hat by choosing a different color paint.
