Instructions

    • 1

Unscrew the lid to the hydrogen-peroxide solution and take one cotton ball. Hold the cotton ball snugly to the top of the hydrogen-peroxide solution container and tip the container to the side so that you saturate that side of the cotton ball.

    • 2

Take the saturated cotton ball and gently begin to rub it on your face, emphasizing areas like your forehead, cheeks, chin and neck.

    • 3

If necessary, dry your face with the dry side of the first cotton ball.

    • 4

Throw the used cotton ball in the trash, and close the hydrogen-peroxide solution.

    • 5

Unscrew the lid to the isopropyl rubbing alcohol and take the other cotton ball. Hold it snugly to the top of the isopropyl rubbing alcohol container and tip the container to the side so that you saturate that side of the cotton ball.

    • 6

Take the saturated cotton ball. Gently and slowly begin to rub it on your face, avoiding places like your eyes, the bottom of your nose and your mouth so as not to irritate these areas.

    • 7

If necessary, dry your face with the dry side of the second cotton ball.

    • 8

Throw the used cotton ball in the trash, and close the isopropyl rubbing alcohol solution.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you are able to, try to do the isopropyl rubbing alcohol part of this treatment in an open, well-ventilated area. This will help keep the fumes from the rubbing alcohol from irritating your respiratory tract and making you cough.
