The first Super Smash Bros. entry for the Wii, Super Smash Bros. Brawl features more characters than any other title in the franchise. In addition to Nintendo characters such as Samus Aran, Link, Zelda and Mario, Brawl features characters from non-Nintendo franchises such as Metal Gear Solid's Solid Snake and SEGA mascot Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic can be unlocked as a playable character in one of four ways.
Play a two-player game in Brawl mode and defeat your opponent 300 times, then defeat Sonic in a one-on-one battle.
Open a two-player game in Brawl mode, enter the match, leave the game running for 10 hours, then defeat Sonic in a brawl.
Complete Classic mode with a 10 different characters, then defeat Sonic in a single Brawl match.
Select Sonic to join your team in SSE mode, the game's equivalent of a story mode.
Tips & Warnings
