1
Wash the entire eye area (around the eyes and eyelids) before going to bed every night. Use a mild soap and warm water to remove any makeup, debris, dirt or oil. This will reduce bedtime itching and rubbing and allow your eyelashes to grow out.

2
Protect your eyelashes with petroleum jelly by applying it after bedtime washing. Use a clean mascara brush and gently roll it in petroleum jelly. Use a soft washcloth to remove any excess and apply as you would mascara, being careful to not get it in your eyes. This will protect them from breakage.

3
Avoid false eyelashes. Although they might seem like a good temporary fix, they will make things worse in the long run. The glue will pull out your real lashes in clumps and inhibit the regrowth of your lashes.
-
4
Use a product such as Li Lash to grow strong, thick eyelashes faster. It will help to stimulate the hair follicles.
-
5
Comb your eyelashes. Eyelash hair follicles are like any other. Combing them will stimulate the oils that help grow strong eyelashes. Use a product such as the Sephora duo eyelash comb at least once a day.
