3
Create a username and password. You need these to reaccess your account. Follow the remaining prompts to complete your service setup.
-
4
Open your email account and click the email you received from the website company. Select the link to activate your account.

5
Click "Create a Site" when you reach the link. Add images, video or audio by clicking the specified tabs at the top of the screen. An import screen appears and you can select content from your computer to load. However, free sites only allot you a small amount of space, so make sure the file size is small.

6
Click the text tab (or text editor, depending on the site you are using) and type the content you want displayed on your website. Click and drag it around to a suitable space, and then click away from the text to lock it into place.

Finish editing your site and click the "Publish" button in the upper-right corner of the screen. In a few moments, anyone on the web can access your new homepage and website.
