How to Work on a New Zealand Cruise Ship
People who want to work on cruise ships in New Zealand have a number of options. Regular cruises departing from one of New Zealand's many ports visit some of the smaller surrounding islands over two- or three-night periods. Large international cruise ships also circumnavigate the islands of New Zealand as part of other itineraries that include visits to Australia or the islands of the South Pacific. These cruises can last up to 70 days on Holland America.

If you are a U.S. passport holder, you will need to apply to American-based companies who run cruises around New Zealand. See the Resources section for some of these links.
