1
Cover one wall in your cubicle with a plastic backdrop of a cemetery or other scary scene. Most party shops have an assortment of backdrops you can tack onto the walls of your cubicle.
-
2
Replace the most prominent framed picture with a large Halloween hanging, ideally a mirror that changes from a Victorian-era lady to a skeleton or monster, depending on the angle from which it is viewed. Again, this is a staple of most party stores and dedicated Halloween stores.
-
-
3
Liberally post cardboard cutouts of bats, witches, pumpkins and tombstones on the other interior walls of your cubicle.
-
4
Replace the candy dish on your desk with a Halloween-themed dish or bowl, and fill with colorful red, yellow and orange candy corn.
-
5
Take a picture of the kids in their Halloween costumes and use this as a temporary desktop and screensaver on your computer. If you don't have kids, take a picture of a jack-o-lantern, the local cemetery or anything else associated with Halloween and download it, pronto.
-
6
String spider webbing throughout your cubicle, but make sure it doesn't get in the way of your work. Focus on the corners or other areas you don't normally use or come into contact with.
-
7
String a strand of bright orange pumpkin lights along the top of the cubicle dividers. Make sure you have an outlet handy to plug in the cord; you might want to bring in an extension cord.
-
8
Put a plastic pumpkin on your desk and use it as a pen holder, filling it with black pens.
-
9
Replace your stack of standard yellow Post-It notes with orange ones.
-
10
Replace any vase or plant with a prominent Halloween decoration, such as a witch's head in a crystal ball or a skull.
