How to Play As Sonic on Super Smash Bros Brawl

One of the most requested characters gamers clamored to play in the Super Smash Bros. franchise is Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic finally arrived as a playable character in March 2008 in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. You must work for the ability to play as Sonic, as you have to master the game to a degree that the little blue guy will be unlocked.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Play through 300 brawls to be able to face off against Sonic the Hedgehog in a brawl. Defeat Sonic to unlock him as a playable character.

  2. Step 2

    Play through the game as 10 different characters, beating the Classic Mode with each of them to be put into a brawl against Sonic. Defeat him to unlock him as a playable character.

  3. Step 3

    Play in versus brawls for a 10 logged hours to be pitted against Sonic in a brawl. Defeat Sonic to unlock the character.

  4. Step 4

    Beat the Subspace Emissary in Story mode and persuade Sonic to join your party, unlocking him as a playable character.
