How to Make ISO Files Work with Sonic Record Now
Sonic Record Now is a computer program to create or "burn" music CDs, movie DVDs, data CDs and image CDs/DVDs. CDs can be created easily by using dragging and dropping options. MP3, WAV, WMA, OGG, FLAC, AC3, in addition to other formats are supported. Sonic Record Now also features other qualities, such as fine-tuning a music track by controlling and eliminating the amount of background hiss and noise. ISO files are simply exact images of discs that can be played and used like a disc with the appropriate software. This program enables ISO files to work by burning them onto CD/DVD discs.

Turn on your computer.

Insert your writable CD/DVD into the disc tray of your computer and close.

Start the Sonic Record Now burning program.

Go to the main menu. Click the tab "Backup Projects."

Click "Burn Image" with your mouse.

Click the "Browse" button and open up the dialog prompt box afterwards.

You will be asked to find the appropriate file. Find the ISO file that you want to burn to the disc then click the "Add" button.

Browse to and determine if the CD/DVD device in your computer is where you want to record to. Move your pointer to the "Burn" button and click.

Wait for the ISO (image) file to burn to your CD/DVD. After the burning job is completed, the disc will be automatically ejected.

Reinsert the CD/DVD disc into the computer. Open Sonic Record Now program and with the mouse, click the "Finalize Disc." After this is completed, a confirmation dialog will appear. The CD/DVD is finalized. This means that the disc cannot be erased and rewritten.

Tips & Warnings
After you are finished with burning the image file to CD/DVD, it will be ready for use. All you have to do is place it in your disc tray and it will boot up.
Some versions of Sonic Record Now, such as Sonic version LE 7, do not have the option to burn image files to CD/DVD. Determine if you have the correct version of Sonic Record Now that allows doing these types of jobs.
