Instructions

    • 1

On the computer, create a colorful sheet of your business logo using a spreadsheet or word-processing program. Format the sheet using two or three columns, with the logo repeating itself several times in a column. Leave enough of a margin in between the logos for cutting. Print the logo on several sheets of cardstock paper.

    • 2

Place strips of double-sided tape on the back of the logo sheet. Put them in the middle area away from where you will be cutting.

    • 3

Cut the sheet into individual logos. Keep tape side of the sheet up while cutting to avoid the double-sided tape. Each logo should have at least one big piece of double-sided tape on the back. Add extra tape to the corners if needed.

    • 4

Place a logo sticker on the cellophane sheet. Put the label on the edge or the middle. Cover the entire cellophane sheet with logo stickers.

    • 5

Wrap the candy in the cellophane sheets, twist the cellophane so the candy is snug and airtight. Once the cellophane is twisted around the candy, it will stay twisted.

    • 6

Cut a 2-inch piece of adhesive ribbon. Create a ribbon ring around the twisted cellophane by wrapping the ribbon and smoothing down the edge.

    • 7

Use the hot glue gun to attach a business label card to the front of the basket. This label should include your business name, address, phone number and a description of the business.

    • 8

Fill the basket with the candies. Make sure that the samples are facing up. Tie a large ribbon bow to the basket handle. Place a sign next to the basket telling customers you are offering them candy.

Tips & Warnings

  • Start wrapping the candy a couple of days ahead of time. It could take some time to wrap many pieces. Have a candy-wrapping party with your family and friends to get help with the project. Put the display in a visible place and keep it well stocked. Tie helium balloons to the basket for decoration.
