Step 1
Follow the link in Resources to the Google Sites homepage and log in with your Google or Gmail account.

Click on "Create Site" and enter a name for your new homepage. You can also specify what Web address you want your site to use.

Choose a basic design theme for your homepage and hit "Create Site" at the bottom of the page.

Click on the "Edit Page" button at the top of the window.

Use the toolbar at the top of the page to add text, graphics and hyperlinks to the site, which will be published for free on Google's servers. When you are done editing your homepage, don't forget to click "Save."

Go to the Webs.com homepage through the link in Resources.

Choose an address and password to use with your new homepage and click on the "Create a Website" button to begin designing your page.

Fill out the account setup form and select a layout template to use with your homepage.

Click on the "Create my Site" button when you are ready to begin adding content to your site.

Use the buttons at the top of the window to add text, graphics or hyperlinks to your new homepage.

Go to the Wix.com site through the link listed in Resources if you are interested in making a homepage with Flash animation content.

Click on "Start Now" and then enter your email address and a desired username and password.

Choose from one of the available design themes.

Click on "Launch Editor Now" to begin customizing your homepage with text, graphics and animation.
