Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
- Smokey Barbecue:
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Maggi Savor Barbecue
- 2 tablespoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon Maggi Chilli Sauce

Step 1
Boil pork ribs in slightly salted water for about 30 to 35 minutes or until tender. Drain it well when its done.

Step 2
Heat coals and set grill 4 to 5 inches from coals. Before your put the meat, brush the grill rack with oil to prevent sticking.

Brush the pork ribs of oil and sprinkle the thyme. Grill pork, meaty sides up for about 40 minutes.

For Smokey Barbecue Sauce:
Combine all the ingredients and heat to boiling in saucepan. Don't put cover on it and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir it occasionally after first boiling. -
Step 5
Brush the pork with sauce 3 to 5 minutes during the last 15 minutes of grilling.

Step 6
Cut the pork into serving pieces before you serve. Put extra sauce in your dining table. Enjoy eating the scrumptious pork ribs!
