You've had a big fight recently and you think this may be the end. Maybe you haven't spoke to your ex in a year. Whatever happened, it can be fixed. You can win your ex back by following simple steps.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

First, get your head on straight. Make sure you are emotionally and mentally stable before pursuing your ex. Sobbing on the phone will NOT help you.

  2. Step 2

Look for tale-tell signs that your ex still cares for you. This could be a note he/she has kept or the simple fact that they answer the phone when you call. This is all you need to win your ex back. There is a guide below that will help you find these tale-tell signs under resources.

  3. Step 3

Remember that 90% of rebound relationships never work out so if they are with someone, don't lose hope. You can actually use this to your advantage by making sure your ex knows what they are missing when they are with the other person.

  4. Step 4

Know when to apologize and when not to apologize. If you are the reason for the break-up, do something to take back what you did. Send them flowers, cards, etc. If you are not the reason, don't apologize for things you didn't do. This will help you win your ex back.

  5. Step 5

Once you do get them on the first date after the break-up, start fresh. Don't bring up the past or talk about anything bad that happened before. Make this the beginning of your NEW future together. If you have a successful "first date" you are almost sure to win your ex back.
