Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Get a flu vaccination and a N1H1 vaccination! This is the first step to preventing from catching the flu! I realize we all are not to sure on the N1H1 vaccination but do your research, look into it! You maybe surprised how safe it is!

  2. Step 2

Wash your hands! This is more effective then hand sanitizer! Scrub, Scrub, Scrub!!

  3. Step 3

When someone has the virus, keep your distant! When you are a mom this is impossible to do! Keep your hands washed very often, clean any bodily mess with really hot water and possible bleach water. This will kill germs! Yes this means door knobs, toys, blanket, sheets, cups they drink out of, anything they come in contact with! I usually boil blanket and thing that can be boiled! Wear a face mask if possible.

  4. Step 4

Eat healthy foods, like salads veggies, fruits, they healthy you are the more likely you are not to get any of these and if you do, you are more likely not to get real sick and can fight off infections.

  5. Step 5

If you are sick stay home, don't go to work, school, stores or anywhere you can spread the germs and virus! Cough in a tissue or on the inner part of you arm. After coughing, blowing you nose wash you hands!
