1. Visit the DHR (formerly GTA) website at dhr.com. If you visit the old website, gtahotels.com, you'll be automatically redirected to the new site.

2. Click the Customer Support tab on the Navigation Bar. The tab is on the far right of the navigation bar.

3. Search the topics located on the left side of the Customer Support tab. Many questions and customer service needs are resolvable by clicking on the appropriate topic and following the directions given. If you do not find what you need, proceed to Step 4.

4. Look at the top of the Customer Support page, on the left side just under the tabs. You will find the toll-free number for calling within the United States. If you are calling from another country, click on "More" to be redirected to a world map. Click on the appropriate region of the map to receive the proper phone number to call.
